I always use the UPS store to ship my packages to my parents in Indiana. My info is on file. I write the address of the recipient on paper and my return address as well. There's no sense putting it on the box as the store prints out the label with all that info already done. I pay with debit and get my receipt with the tracking info. I'm prepared when I enter and the very proficient staff is very friendly. This is a VERY busy place. Try to have your parcel ready to ship and all info readily available as it's small inside and theres always a line waiting. 5 stars for sure.

UPS store is great. So convenient to drop your returns / prepaid items off. Very happy to have them.

I just want to say that this UPS store is the best. Not only was I able to come and ship everything I needed to in a timely manner. It was cheaper than USPS!!! When I came in I was offered free boxes, tape, peanuts, bubble wrap and markers to get everything done. I had many packages going to many different locations and I was helped with each step through the entire process. Will come back again!!! Thanks!

Unfortunately if you read the reviews of this store, you'll realize that there are some people giving them low ratings because they've had problems with the company UPS, especially deliveries to their home. To be clear, The UPS Store has no control over those things. They're just there to help you ship things, or you can get deliveries to the store. I have gone to the store several times to ship things, and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They make things as easy as possible, and make the whole experience as simple as possible. Not sure what more you could ask for.
