Eight days is entirely too long to wait for an over-the-counter medication to be compounded into a liquid. Front Desk staff are always professional. However, it is quicker and more informative for a knowledgeable pharmacist to answer questions. Please state full credit card payment is REQUIRED PRIOR to compounding upfront rather than after ‘gathering data’ and asking patients/customers for info already in the prescription.
