Buying a new Truck through Della Toyota in Plattsburg was a refreshingly easy and pleasant experience. No hidden markups, bait-and-switch BS that I come to expect from other dealerships. Jarad was very helpful and easy to deal with. They did a great job of dealing with as much of the paperwork as possible in advance to make the experience as efficient as possible. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in. I would 100% recommend buying from Della, and plan on using them again in the future (even though they are two hours from home!).
