This course is in really good shape. It's never super busy. I usually play 9 in under 2 hours. Reasonable price.

Tees and greens are in great shape especially for the amount of play the course gets. Just be aware that there are a lot of beginners and less experienced golfers who play here and it can get slow and backed up. Unfortunately we had a 2 hour and 50 minute 9 hole round because of some slow groups that spent way too long looking for their balls or didn’t know when it was time to pick up and move on. If you are looking to move around quickly this may not be the place for you. Layout is pretty straight forward and enjoyable. Gave Pakachoag 5 stars because Kristen and her staff are friendly and very helpful!! Their customer service is exceptional 👍🏼

To be fair we didn't golf here we came as space geeks in search of the launch site of the first liquid rocket by Robert Goddard. The man in the club house was accommodating and told us to hug the rocket wall on the short walk down to the monument. Also in the clubhouse you can see kids drawing honoring Goddard. The golfers were also happy to accommodate and talk a little space history with us. Do be mindful of which direction they're hitting and keep a cautious eye out for any incoming gold balls.
