Wow I’m fed up! I have been going here for several years. I am a low maintenance patient and besides my quarterly visit I never required any extra help therefore, I never had issues. This week I had a question for my doctor and have called three times a day for the past four days and I cannot get in touch with my doctor. I have her extension but when I call this clinic I am never prompted to enter the extension. Out of nearly 10 calls and waiting for hours in total, I have only spoke with a person one time. That single time I was transferred supposedly to my doctor but there was no voicemail service set up and it just rang for over 2 minutes. I am unable to communicate with my doctor. If this was a life threatening situation this would be so bad. Luckily it is not but I am shocked at this poor service. I will have to go in person just to get a message to my doctor. So sad. I gave 2 stars because I like my doctor.
