Buying a boat from Black Label Marine was a wonderful experience. From the test drive to the contract it was easy. Mike and the guys who work there were all super friendly and know what they are doing. My boat was rigged just as I asked. And when I had a couple of new boat issues the were there the next day to repair the issues. I can call Mike anytime to talk about the boat and he’s always very helpful. I feel I get the personalized attention I look for in a business. I don’t give good reviews lightly, you can’t go wrong with Black Label Marine. Sincerely Carl P

My Family and I were fishing in Charlotte Harbor on Saturday 05/21 when we had we started to head back in our boat would not start so we Called Mike at Black Label and ask if we had the boat towed to his facility would he be able to help. It was the end of the day close to closing time and he said he would be more than happy to help and to let him know if we were not going to make it there before closing time and he would wait (he said he would not leave us stranded) when we arrived he was waiting to help us get secured from Sea Tow. He then had his mechanic take a look and determined it was the fuel pump. We were running out of time and options to get boat loaded on my trailer (since my trolling motor battery had been drained while we were stranded in the harbor) but Mike didn't give up, he went above and beyond to help us until we had the boat out of the water - even to the point of asking one of his customers to give us a short tow to the ramp so we could winch the boat onto my trailer. All this to say that Mike and his mechanic went out of there way to make sure my family and boat were safe and secure. they did this all out of the kindness of their hearts and did not accept anything from me in the way of payment. Keep in mind they did not even know me - it was not like I was a customer of theirs - it was only out of their true desire to help a fellow boater. I feel like I made new friends after this experience. Black Label, Mike and his mechanic (whom I did not get his name) were amazing and I cannot recommend them enough - they were a true blessing to my family in a time of need

My granddaughter had a medical emergency while at the marina. The staff were absolutely wonderful assisting us. Brought cool cloth’s and ice bags and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much. The staff were also very friendly and helpful assisting us with launching our boat also. Great customer service!!

I brought my boat to black label marine for a sea fox warranty related issue concerning a crack in the console insert. The staff was friendly and very attentive to my needs taking the time to listen and explain the repair process. I left with a great feeling that my boat was in good hands. A few days later black label marine called me to tell me the repairs were completed. I picked up the boat and was completely blown away with the workmanship and detail to the repair perfection. In addition the boat was spotless and cleaned over and beyond my expectations. Black label Marine displays outstanding customer service, great mechanical skills and abilities, setting the example for other marine repair facilities to follow. I highly recommend black label marine for for all you marine repair needs.
