Had to get emergency surgery while on vacation--a three day admittance. The staff was SUPER kind and helpful. My girlfriend, who works in a hospital back home, noted the high levels of empathy and care the staff exhibited. We mentioned our gratitude to multiple employees, to which most attributed their suburb caretaking to working within a small, tight knit, and united group of employees. I am very thankful to the staff. It truly felt I was in good (and caring) hands.

I was absolutely amazed at the quality of attention and the speed of medical services provided both in the ER as well as on the inpatient floors. The caring and compassion of the staff was superior to most every hospital I have used in the past. This hospital superseded any large hospital I’ve been in contact with and should be commended.

Worn out room, needs a deep clean and painted. Just looks dirty and unkept. Maybe the HCA CEO can use some of his 30+ million dollars salary to make rooms more happy for patients.

Frankly I was VERY impressed with HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital. Everyone who took care of me were very pleasant and were willing to listen to what I said since I, at point was under a great deal of stress. I couldn't walk, and had no idea why. The professionalism of the Staff were reassuring at a time I needed it the most. Today I take comfort in knowing HCA Florida Pasadena is not far from my home. From the bottom of my heart, I say thank you to all who cared for me.
