I worked there for 19 years. Up until about 5 years ago it was a great company. Then, the people that made it great started to retire or were forced out. The managers that took over dont really know what they are doing and dont have any experience running a company that size. They have been bleeding $Billions of assets over the past 5 years becoming one of the worst performing companies in the industry. Instead of trying to fix the problem there is a lot of finger pointing. It was a family atmosphere for the first 14 years but it now has become very toxic. I am glad to be gone and there are a lot of people that are trying to leave.

I couldn't imaging trying to navigate myself inside with loaded food. ... with me... and they loved everything became great costumers.
