If your looking for ghosts this place has them! We saw all kinds of spirits on our sls camera. We got a great number of voices on audio and video. We will be back. If I had anything negative to say it would be I wish they had a shower to use. Spent a few days there and a shower would been great. Other than that we had an amazing time there.

FOR REAL HAUNTED. Anyone who says otherwise is a fool. The very first overnight we spent there, we caught a clear "Hello?" on a recorder we left in room 200. Had an amazing time at Edinburgh Manor. The owner(s) were very hospitable and welcomed us into their property. Our time at Edinburgh Manor was intended for model photo shoots. Although we did shoot for portfolio work, we actually spent most or our time exploring inside and out. Very interesting place. We explored both of the main floors, climbed into the attic, and explored the basement. I think the basement was my favorite place to explore. So many weird rooms, one with an old piano, then behind that room was another weird room, full of school desks. Something about that room really drew me in. While exploring the basement a second time, I found an old creepy, Freddy Krueger looking boiler room, complete with 5 or 6 chairs in a semi circle. I assume left over from a paranormal investigation. All in all, Edinburgh Manor lived up to it reputation as one if the most haunted, intriguing places in Iowa. Would definitely visit again. Forgot to mention that while we were in the attic, we heard an organ playing. There is an organ in the front room as you walk through the front entrance, but it doesn't work.... till the next time Edinburgh.

$200 for up to 5 people and it is $20 a person after then. I've been there twice now. The owner and the location are great!
My experience was awesome. I caught orbs. A great pic I got touched in the basement I also got scratched on 2nd I smelt perfume during the tour
You will need to contact the owner via email they usually respond with in a day or two. . You can check out there Wix website for more dates and details.
Everyones experience varies, my buddy got scratched, and i had a voice in my ear. We even saw shadows.
I can tell you that if you are planning a visit, I would wait until it warms up a bit. There are a couple of space heaters inside the manor but it gets very cold when you are away from them.
I would look on facebook for Kat Armstrong. I know she does the tours. Or they are pretty good at responding to Emails
Might need to have an adult with or parent permission for the overnight. If it is just a tour, may be able to go alone.

As it is private property you can only view the property from the road, walking the grounds with out permission is trespassing. Unfortunately other people who were not as respectful as you would be, have ruined this. They have cameras monitoring the outside and they do not hesitate to press charges against trespassers.

I don't be live there is an age limit for day visits I do know that they do recommend minors be accompanied by an adult for over nights tho
