What is the age limit

I don't be live there is an age limit for day visits I do know that they do recommend minors be accompanied by an adult for over nights tho

There is no age limit. However, keep in mind the location, the history, and the fact that the building is dilapidated. Black mold in the basement, mold all over, peeling paint, etc. Think more age-appropriate than age limit. Also, there are no working bathrooms in the manor and no heat.

I don't think there is an actual age limit. I think the age recommendations may depend on if you take the day tour or do the overnight stay. The day tour would probably be okay for preteen to teenage kids who show interest in the paranormal. I wouldn't recommend much younger than preteen for the day tour but you would know your child, their interests, mental capabilities, and maturity level best. I wouldn't recommend kids of any age for the overnight stay, unless you really feel they would be mentally and emotionally okay with it....it seems pretty intense but depends on the group in attendance. I recommend asking the owner, she is very nice and has done this a lot, so can give better advice.
