I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received from New York jewelers in Spring Hill. I took in my mother sapphire ring to be repaired and to have all the stones and prongs checked. After the stone was replaced and returned to me to Stone sell out again. They charged me for replacement of the stone but no labor. After I pick the ring up the second time I took it to another Jeweler and had them inspect my ring. There were three other loose stones on the ring and they are repairing them for me. I will never use this jewelry again and highly recommend that no one else does either.

This guy is AWESOME.. Took my ring in there to get it sized after another jeweler messed it up and he fixed it at a very reasonable rate and very fast accurate service, and I will definitely use him in the future and I will definitely pass his name along...
