It does the trick for a non membership gym if you are visiting family or friends that are members etc. Clean and quiet, has a surprising amount of equipment. Much better than the smaller south gym...the south gym also opens a lot later

Some houses have there own pool...there is 2 community pools..the house are decent sizes and there pretty up to date.
I believe it a CDD tax area. So the rent is a little higher to pay for the extra property taxes. Just saying. My daughter rents there. 3 br. Strict rules for outside area. Pools are really nice. Xtra fee for access to pools. Nice family environment. Just a personal opinion.
