I believe it a CDD tax area. So the rent is a little higher to pay for the extra property taxes. Just saying. My daughter rents there. 3 br. Strict rules for outside area. Pools are really nice. Xtra fee for access to pools. Nice family environment. Just a personal opinion.
I think you would have to go through a realtor and I think the smallest house is 3 br with a open kitchen living room
