This course is like a goat ranch. Appears the owner is not putting money into the course, weeds are everywhere, tees are mostly dirt, cart paths (at the end of concrete) have ruts. Driving range is horrible, as is the practice putting green. Just the worst course. With that said, it is a great layout.

Food is great and plentiful service is superb! Definitely a Gem that is open to the public! A wonderful place to meet up with friends and family. They have new chef and team!!!

We spent the 4th of July evening on their covered terrace and watched the beautiful fireworks going off on the golf course. A glass of wine, some food and friendly people made for a great holiday.

Reservations for 12 and only they only reserved 8. We stood at the entrance without anyone greeting us. When we approached the staff we were lead to our seats and forgotten for 30 more minutes. We chased the waitress to order and she didn’t even ask for our drinks. Now here we are party of 12 divided 1 hour later and NO FOOD half of us haven’t event had an opportunity to order. The waitress has a attitude and doesn’t seem like she doesn’t want to be here. I have never been treated so poorly and quite frankly we feel judged.

You are probably better off going in person so you can ask questions and see the club, but I think to get your gift certificate you will need to be there and they will give it to you when you pay for it on the spot.

As previously stated including the Villas there are close to a thousand homes, Silverthorn is a lovely gated community, impeccably maintained truly is a safe and wonderful place to live close to Tampa Bay it is literally two steps to all major roadways, you have the best of Both Worlds living in Silverthorn, you have quiet private countryesq living yet with that small town feel, but close enough to major cities.
