Went in on Friday to check out men's suits. Asked if they could get one available by Wednesday and they said they could. I saw the prices were over a thousand dollars, and some almost two thousand. The salesman said what did you expect this is Saks. When I said those prices are high, he said he could got help me anymore and walked away.

I went to Sax to buy a nice suit jacket. “Fran” in the women’s Dept was super helpful, cheerful, stylist. She took her time to help me with numerous ideas. I met a few other clients of Fran, very nice people who think the same. Your the Best Fran!!
