I don't know if the workers have a learning defect when it comes to making food but it takes 20+ minutes for them to make the simplest of food. Reading other replies I noticed this is also a frequent problem and I'm not the only one.

Terrible customer service and constantly out stuff at this particular store. Case and point: Just a few minutes ago I simply ask the employee standing in front of me if they were out of salsa when ordering a quesadilla and get "If you don't see it in the screen, it means we don't have it". Nice customer service! Naturally I cancelled my order and won't be returning to this store.
