The staff here are the best. From Megan the GM to Bethany the front desk manager and Rosa in housekeeping. My stay exceeded all expectations. Whatever I needed they took care of it without any questions asked. I felt so comfortable here and recommend it to any one looking for a home away from home!

The hotel is in a nice area, close to shopping, food, and gas. The woman at the front desk when we arrived was very nice, but stressed in trying to handle check ins and answer phone calls as well. The room was to be stocked with dishes, etc, but it wasn’t, and when asked, never received them. As for cleanliness, we cleaned everything including the chairs, tables and floor, before we could relax. I will not be returning.

I hate to be harsh but I feel it was absolutely necessary. This place was disgusting supposedly non smoking reeked of weed. When we got to our first room It was horrible like a hot box there was hair in bathtub and on the pillows. Then we ask for another room get to the second one no visible hair however later discover a used washcloth hanging in shower and a pair of earrings left in bathtub as well. In our other room there was food still in microwave and fridge. Then on floor by the bed a tooth floss toothpick. Absolutely unsanitary. Poor maid service. The Continental breakfast was non existent just coffee and oatmeal packets on a little cart next to the front desk. Lots of yelling loud guests. Lots of angry disgruntled guest constantly yelling at staff.

Front desk was extremely nice and I enjoyed talking to them. Once back in the room, it smelled very heavy of baby powder. It was so much that I almost couldn't stand to be in the room. I went outside a few times, to breathe. I almost couldn't breathe, I'm not sure what they use as a cleaning agent or fragrance it's super overwhelming. Was a very convenient location based on what I needed at the time.
