40-60 nights at Hilton as a diamond member. After this stay, will no longer stay with Hilton after talking with customer service and finding that 72 hour notice was needed to cancel last night of our 4 night stay we didn’t need. Policy/ contact more important than customer satisfaction. Always have had amazing experiences at Hilton. This particularly hotel is nice, as long as you don’t have to deal with a rude and uncommodating sales manager (Allison) who had the ability to cancel our last night but told me she wouldn’t without a sorry or explanation. High heels and a power trip. We won’t be staying here again.

This hotel is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in! Rooms are extremely spacious, updated (everything is brand new and modern), clean, and comfortable. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier, and all of our other friends and family members agreed! Also, the patio is a beautiful place to host events.

We stayed the night as a wedding party on a Friday night... there's a fire pit lit up outside to welcome guests.. and as about 10 of us were conversating outside after the wedding, a representative from the hotel told us "one guests kid can't sleep so she called the front desk"... but rather than kindly approach us to tell us about the situation we were rudly asked to stop talking and pack up and head inside (even though the fire pit is on and open all night long as advertized..) I'm not a hospitality expert, but if you are going to ruin an experience for 10 over the request of 1 guest, you clearly don't understand basic principals of business and hospitality... the hotel was well aware a wedding party would be staying here, yet rather than kindly disgussing the situation or even suggesting to move us to the "other" fire pit further from the rooms, she basically forced us to move inside and treated us like we were delinquents. Very disappointed by this as multiple people spent hundreds of dollars to stay the night to celebrate a special occasion, yet 1 guest I guess gets to rule the roost. I can assure you, this entire wedding party will never suggest anyone to stay here if they desire to have a venue near by! Very un accommodating and not very kind.

Very nice extended stay on this hotel. Nothing to complaint, crew was happy and helpful. (Except one individual lady on reception, no smile, not very helpful even on smallest need/question) Clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, self service, and different menus over the week. Good self service laundry. Swimming pool and gym, didn´t try those but my colleagues did. I would give five star, overall.
