I came into the store to complain against a employee for harassment and the manager took the matter too lightly. constantly making a issue for me and my family it will going to be a police matter if stop and shop don't do anything

I'd very strongly suggest you to contact the Store Manager. That would also help other customers who are ill-treated and are shy to take appropriate steps.
I go to the Stop N Shop in Baldwin on Atlantic ave. I live in Freeport and that one became a tiny target with nothing in it, and i Love the one in Baldwin, from the Cashiers, courtesy desk to the managers everyone I've met in there thus far is great, i know this store might be out of the way,but one more thing they always have their sale items, and everything else i am looking for
