I used to love pizza hut but the quality has gone down, I got pizza which was extremely salty, couldn't really eat it, also got wings which were tough and had almost no flavor. Also got some pasta and nobody at the table ate more than one bite, ended up just pitching it. The reason this is 3 starred is because of the breadsticks, they were amazing but that was all other than the service by the waiter. She was excellent and attentive.

Ordered the big box family deal not only did it not have pepperoni on it with the mushrooms (I paid extra for) but we received it I’ve cold had to heat it up tried calling the store and still trying

Waited 2.5 hours for cold pizza with stale, hard crust, marinara sauce totally spilled out over the dry nuggets they call wings. Absolutely horrible experience every time we’ve ordered from here. Switching to Domino’s from now on!

Jake State farm

It has been a fairly significant period of time since I had Pizza Hut. Two things I noticed was first the pizza size seemed smaller. I ordered a large stuffed crust. The pizza quality wasn’t up to par either. It seemed like there was less cheese in the crust and the pizza also tasted as if it sat waiting to be delivered for longer than normal. It was actually a little cold. I had to heat it up in the microwave.
