Awful customer service and wait times so high it seems impossible to do anything. I've also been told they don't have information which is literally on their website because their workers are lazy and don't care to take a minute to check when asked for something.

Thanks to the plow driver on Webster Lake Road in Franklin who completely drenched my 75 year old wife as she was shoveling near the end of the driveway. He drove by at about 50 MPH and almost knocked her over with the snow flying at her. She had to change all her clothes.

There is a large misconception of how much work and consideration goes into every day decisions at the NHDOT. I have found that they try their best to incorporate the public's needs, but when half the public agrees on a matter and the other half doesn't, it's hard to make two ends meet. 'Kinda like how politics go... On another hand, even though they stand around at some construction sites, some jobs actually require supervision to ensure accuracy while paving, etc, is done. Overall, I appreciate the work of the NHDOT and don't think they should be rated a 1/5 stars so I'm uppin' that average.
