Giving one star because I can’t give them 0. Very expensive $60 office visit, $60 labs and wanted a follow up 2 weeks later, another $60 in 2 weeks? Wtheck. Thyroid test are T3- T4 and a TSH she only ordered a TSH therefore my #s are off. Never addressed my complaint at hand. The phone oh please people are looking for work, get some additional help. 30 min on hold is unacceptable and that’s when I hung up numerous times. Horrible customer service? They do not seem to care and sliding scale, I witnessed people paying 0, others 20$ me 60$, I’m not Hispanic nor a woman of color I’m on a tight budget and they do not take your expenses into account. I would never recommend this place.

Do not come here or let alone even call here! The worst customer service skills I have ever experienced, ever! You better hire new receptionist or you are going to start loosing patients. This place is a joke.

Where do I begin….I started experiencing some unusual female symptoms while out of state. As soon as I was back in FL, I went to the nurse practitioner That did my last female exam. This was about 3 weeks after my symptoms began as I was out of state. She did an exam in addition to sending various samples to be tested at a quest. Meanwhile, things got worse most likely because of the exam. So I began taking benedryl. I received a call on Wednesday telling me all my test came back negative. I had inquired via portal. I was sure at least one test should be positive that would require a simple script. When expressing this concern I was told to get a gynecologist… AFTER this call, I receive a message telling me I am still waiting for results on one test. Ok so now I’m utterly confused. I responded back saying you sent this after we talked? No response- so I call and get a nurse who then tells me no we are still waiting on the test that I know I’m positive for. So whomever called me was clueless and had me upset for no reason. Sure enough Benedryl made my symptoms better- but the kicker is what I suspected might be the culprit presented itself Friday morning. This would now be 4.5 weeks inside me. And can cause TSS. I tried calling the clinic all day Friday in addition to sending an emergency message. Still have not heard a thing- thankfully I had some amoxicillin from a toothache that I have taken, to elevate what could be life threatening. I am so beyond disgusted with this clinic- have not decided what actions I will take but will definitely not be letting this go…

This morning I was seen in the Largo office for a er follow up for a hernia. I needed a referral to go to a general surgeon. I was 14 minutes late coming for Holiday. I would have been on time but traffic was bad. A 45 minute drive turned into a hour. Either way I was in the 15 minute period were I could still be seen. The front office staff was nice and courteous. The medical assistant kept on reminding me of how late I was and I remembered him that I have a 15 minute window. All together he was nice and polite after that. The Arnp came in and rushed through the visit. She didnt touch me or put her stethoscope to my chest. Not even check to see if I had a hernia just wrote the referral and rushed out of the room. I tried to ask questions and she seemed annoyed but that. She did answer them. When I received my referral I was given no locations for specialists and had to ask for them. I understand that I was late and I understand her frustration to a point. Regardless I am a patient and I deserve the dignity, respect and Do diligence of a proper exam. Chcp offices are very busy and that staff work very hard physicians, medical assistance, nurses, and front office ect.. but this isn’t the patients fault nor the responsibility. The quality of care should be the at the very least adequate.
