The respiratory therapist was awesome; she explained the use and care of my device and answered my questions. However, my first interaction in July with call center representative Tina was horrible. She was very uncooperative. When she told me the appointment date and time, I informed her that it would not work for me due to my work schedule and that I needed another day. Her response was, "That is the only one you are getting, so deal with it or do not get your device." I hung up due to her rudeness. I called back a few weeks later and received wonderful service from both the reps that handled my account then. I have been a CPPAC customer for over six years and Tina was the first bad experience.

I had a total knee replacement and BayCare HomeCare was my inhouse nursing and Physical Therapist. Sue and Debbie were my nurses and Korbin was my Physical Therapist. They were all very friendly and good about calling the night before to schedule an appointment for the following day. Everyone explained what they were doing and what to expect for the next visit. Korbin was great assigning exercises and making sure I did them correctly, Sue changed my bandage and helped with my meds, and Debbie did a great job answering questions and telling me what to expect when I went back for my first Doctor's visit.

The worst DME company ever! They don't bill your insurance and then they try to bill you. No one can answer any questions and they will never constantly give you the runaround. Even if you ask for supervisors they will give you the runaround and then when you keep asking questions they will terminate services. Don't use this company at all unless you want to be stuck with a hefty bill!

What are you talking about. I have one truck and i drive it ??ps i have one pick up truck. You need to call the number on the vans. If you still have a problem call the sheriff i would.

when i was provided a cpap machine by baycare home care years ago. why was the Philips respironics model that is currently trying to kill me forced on me. i was not given a choice of machines. and I did NOT want this machine.
