We have owned our cart for about a year. Bobby and his team continue to take care of us! Anytime we have a question, they respond almost immediately. We needed some maintenance done and we live several hours away. They made arrangements to have everything reviewed and fixed while we were at lunch. BEST COMPANY EVER! I cannot sing their praises enough! Not knowing ANYTHING about golf carts, I purchased a plain jane golf cart with a few unknown issues from Craigslist. Got the cart home and realized that I had major regrets (one of which is that I didn’t go to Crusin carts in the first place!!) Crusin carts not only picked the cart up from my home repaired all of the issues and modified it into a beast, they also finished and decorated it in time for my little girls to enjoy for Halloween! You heard me, they decorated the cart for Halloween just as a sweet gesture. The guys also finished and dropped it off early so my kiddos could participate in our neighborhood parade. Bobby went so far above and beyond to have our cart running well and looking fantastic!!!!! I will be a lifetime customer because of his and his families kindness.
