I have been living here for three years now, and we love this place. Very quiet place as it’s only 4 apartment buildings, plus it’s located within the single homes area. The maintenance is doing a great job, always. There are washers and dryers in each apartment building. Small pool which is never, ever crowded even on the hottest of days. Always room for parking, a very clean place, no bed bugs/cockroaches issues. Lissette is always attentive to the needs of residents!

Six Strings

I have lived here 7 or 8 years now & I love it. Rental Agent "Lisette"(I hope I spelled that right) is very helpful. I had one complaint this past week and it was due to renovation of the apartment above mine. This is BOUND to make alot of noise. I called the rental office & left a message about it. I wasn't able to get to the phone in time when she called me back but she left a very pleasant message about the renovations being done above me. And even though she said something to the effect of 'it has to be done, the noise will only be for another 3-4 days', approximately 1/2 hour later(and for days after) the noise wasn't as unbearable as it was prior to the phonecall. Hammers weren't being dropped onto the floor(my ceiling) after each use, and maintenance was no longer "stomping" in and out of the apartment. Don't misunderstand me...I dont think they were being purposely noisy-I just believe they weren't aware of how the noise of a dropped/tossed hammer travels to the apartment below. Maintenance is very considerate, this is why I know the noise wasn't purposeful. Can I say, the reason I moved here was because: a. The complex is small & "homey"(also, no dogs are allowed, so I can walk on the grass without fear!!) b. The other residents are courteous & friendly. c. There are absolutely NO cockroaches(this was a major consideration for me when I was looking for an apartment years ago). d. The security of having a locked entrance on each building. e. No crime, drug use, or "hanging out" outside the windows of peoples' apartments or in the parking lot. f. Parking is NEVER an issue. g. There is NEVER trash 'strewn about' anywhere on the grounds(because everyone respects one another here). I should've posted a review alot sooner than this. Thank you for all you do, Lisette & Silvio!! It is SO appreciated!! Too bad I can only give 5 stars!!
