Absolutely unprofessional ! This place is a scam. I brought my car in for 1 tire I needed up buying 2 going off of their advice for $200.00. I bring my car back in for break fluid break check etc. paid $500.00. Keith tells me get the windshield fixed and bring it back and he would pass it for inspection. I bring the car back for inspection $688.00 is what he wanted to charge me. Absolutely not. He ended up charging me $74.00 for one sticker that was going to be $100.00 but he said he knocked $20.00 off. Steve the other sales associate should not be working customer service. He was very arrogant was very condescending. I will be contacting the bureau for better business. This place is a disgrace. Very dissatisfied with my service.

We needed a simple tire change because ours was bad and and somehow still managed to screw it all up. First, the appt was at 1, and my brother didn't get seen until 2. Second, they said they were replacing both front tires because 2 have to be done at once and the bad one was the front right. Then came out and said there was an issue replacing the back tire. Um, why did you touch that one? Oh we were taking that one off to move to the front. Why?? Well the rim is cracked so it's leaking air. Uh we checked all the air pressures and they were all fine did you check it? "No." Okay so you guys did something to our tire that you weren't even supposed to touch. In the end, he left with NOTHING FIXED 2 hours later. Dude all we needed was ONE tire replaced. Oh, and WE paid THEM $20 for wasting our time.

Service advisor Corey was very good. He was polite and also didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs on me. I had my tires replaced and a state inspection. I really recommend this place.

Brought my Jeep for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Everything was done fine, but the tires weren’t balanced after being rotated. I brought it back after and they wanted to charge me extra, when it should have been done at the time of inspection and it would have been paid for no matter what the cost. They wouldn’t listen to a word I said when I brought it back. All the excuses they were telling me, should have been told to me at the time the car was in there. It should not have had to be brought back again. Now, it looks like they’ve actually ruined my Jeep! I wouldn’t recommend this place if they were the last car place around
