It was Ok/Good. Not an overall big place. Pretty busy. Arrived @7:30pm. Had to park across the street. We did all 3 events. They were average. Waited almost 1 1/2hrs to board the Hayride (Best Event). Entered others ok. For the price, I believe there is better places.

Not for the immobile, BUT!! They made every accommodation possible for me to still spend some time with my family! I was only able to go on the hayride (the other attractions are very physical), but we had a great time! The characters were very entertaining and screams were heard for miles! Special thank you to Megan, Belle, Nicole, Gwen, Christine, Mark the tractor driver for driving smoothly, and LOTS of security folk and medical personnel for EVERYTHING!! All smiles, pleasant staff and entertaining attraction! GO! ENJOY!

Valley of fear was amazing! Super scary and fun! Staff was incredibly sweet and the actors were fantastic! They did such a great job! Everything from the decorations to the Animatronics to the music and costumes it was all SO MUCH FUN!!!! Out of the few haunted attractions we’ve gone to already this was the best one!

We only did the hayride. It was fun, a touch scary, more so if you scare easily (I saw some people truly scared at times). I did think they could have made it a bit longer, but... Lines were obnoxiously long. It's $5 to park, and no where on the website does it mention that, so I was a bit peeved at that, which helped it not get 5 stars. I also think the price for just one attraction is a bit much, so for the price, it's better to do two or all three. For the record, what gave it four stars instead of three, not knowing I had to pay to park, I had no cash. Rather than turn me away, the nice parking attendant told me to use the ATM at the box office, then pay the guy with the money apron. I had to go to three different employees before someone took my $5 haha, but I did pay (by his expression, I am guessing not many people did...). Because of the staff friendliness, from the parking attendants, to the monitor on the hayride, and everyone in between, they definitely deserve the 4 stars.

Clip saves you 10.00 they charge for parking. It's 5.00 cash and it DOES not say so on the website.

Is it too scary for a ten year old? Or will the people pull back a bit for kids?

It honestly depends on the kid. I took twins that were 8 and one was fine and the other was freaked. Most cast members are respectful but you cant control everyone, and some people get kicks out of frightening young kids...

How much is the gay ride

I don't how much alone but like 2 Halloweens back we paid like $40 and it covered 2 attractions - the hayride and the forest walk. The forest walk was a waste of time. Not scary at all
