They don't do school physicals. And she wasn't very nice about it.

The place is very clean in the staff is very nice usually I go first thing in the mornings and the place is empty in the service is really quick but one of the last times I went it was in the afternoon and the place was a mob scene and it took me a lot longer to be able to try and get done then it normally did Even though ultimately I did have to come back the following Monday just and it also kind of sucks that they're only open Monday Wednesday and Friday now

Staff was really good when I went in person for all my shots and tests. 5 stars for the in person visit, went early (before 10-10:30am) and barely waited. But when I needed my lab tests faxed over to my doctor I waited over 3 hours for the guy to fax just my lab results, despite my doctor, the nurses and myself calling multiple times. So slow. Should not take that long just to fax lab results...ridiculous. I tried to pull them online beforehand to avoid this but they didn’t update my profile online so I couldn’t even print them myself. :/ medical records here is a joke.

Arrived on a Monday one hour before close and was told there wasn’t enough time to complete the vaccination yellow form for school registration. Told to come back the next day to pick up. Went back Tuesday and arrived at 4:55 PM and they close at 5:00. The door was locked and the clock on the inside said it was 5:05 (manual clock), my CELL and car said 4:55 PM. I was there to pick up a form only. In and out. I knocked on the door and someone went behind the counter and said they were closed and then said they didn’t know what they could do. I called the main number to file a complaint and sat on hold for 10 minutes and when the call went through, I was promptly hung up on because now it was 5:10. This service is not cognizant of people who work the same hours they are open. Seems to only be good for people that don’t work. Terrible way to provide service when it’s required by the state to have certain forms completed for school to keep everyone safe by being vaccinated.

Flu vaccines for the 2019 - 2020 season are anticipated to be in to the health department sometime in September. Be on the lookout for announcements. You may also want to check with your primary care physician or local pharmacy as well.

While we do provide medical services, we are not an emergency walk-in clinic. You may want to try a walk-in clinic or one of the community health centers. You can find a listing of those here: https://www.chcpinellas.org/
