My car was found to be stolen at 9AM last week, and I immediately called the non-emergency police phone number - they said they couldn't help and forwarded me to 911, and then 911 told me to visit the local station to report the incident and have an officer come out. At noon, I was at this location to report the case, and they told me they couldn't help with my case, and that I needed to call 911 because the non-emergency line probably couldn't help with my case. I called 911 a SECOND time, to which they asked "is this an immediate emergency?" and directed me to the non-emergency line. I spoke with the non-emergency line a SECOND time, and they told me I needed to visit a physical location for my case! At this point, I explained all the back and forth and how ridiculous this was - my car had been stolen 3 hrs ago at this point. They put me on hold and called up a local station to figure out the issue, and they found out that IN FACT the non-emergency line is supposed to sent out a police officer. This was at approximately 12:30. A police officer arrived at 7:40PM that day - this is 10 hours and 40 minutes after my car was discovered missing. The police officer was not very helpful, and was not very interested in taking down more details for my report. I even asked a couple times if he needed more details, to which he replied "no". This was extremely distressing, frustrating, and worrisome that the departments didn't know how to handle this case, and that the officer showed very little concern or care.

Liars. Especially Zachary macauffay. He should be removed from the streets. They were sent on a false call from one medical. They did not look after my well being and harassed me extensively. That guy should loose his badge.
