The WORSE!!! They are infamous for their dishonesty! They're intentions is NOT authentic towards the community. They held an etching catalytic converter even from 8am to 10am and started turning people around at 9:30-9-40am. They just gave some non chalant excuse to start "Capping" cars. They are useless to the community. The previous reviews you see from other's experiences are COMPLETELY TRUE AND ACCURATE. Unfortunately for us will as a community will need to take things in our own hands. DO NOT , and you CAN NOT rely on Pinole police dep whatsoever. Protect yourself and your property by any means necessary because this particular department will NOT help you do so. Also if you need to file a police report I would suggest you physically make one inside their department to avoid the run around and report "kick backs"

Another batch of bad apples. Poorly trained, uneducated with 0 ability to properly do their jobs. Time to clean house before they cause too many lawsuits

If I have an emergency, then I would call 911. So I was rudely asked if I have an emergency then was put on hold forever. I guess you are telling people that do NOT ever call, even you see something dangerous happening but not enough to call 911.

Apparently it is okay and deemed an appropriate response for full grown police officers to threaten 12 and 13 year olds with pepper spray in order to crowd control. There was an incident at my school where an officer threatened to pepper spray students if they do not back away from another student they were escorting. When I talked to the sergeant he reasoned that we don't know how the situation could have been handled and surely we all would have handled the situation differently. He even mentioned that even in 2019 we don't know what students have on them at the time which is to say that these full grown officers do not know if the schools around their neighborhood have students who carry weapons. There was no, "Hey back up, now!" The officer just went straight to "back up or I'll pepper spray you" while actually holding the pepper spray out in front of these students' faces. How exactly are we changing the image of the police in America by this action and what kind of image are they reinforcing instead to the minds of young adults.
