Mine is installed and Running like new couldn’t be happier and with a Great warranty!

This place is THE WORST TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Misty and the whole team are liars and thiefs! We purchased a rebuilt transmission from this terrible company and boy oh boy has it been months of frustration and lies! Once we got the transmission home we installed only to find out it would go past 3rd gear. We made misty aware of the issues, while misty was playing games of phone tag and I'm so busy I took my truck and the transmission in for a second opinion Only to discover they sold us a broken transmission. We sent the transmission back to misty and here we are 3 weeks layer wither emailing stating that we broken the transmission and we will pay $650 on top of the $4000we spent to buy this broken transmission. But that's OK. I will take further action to make sure they don't do this to anyone else. See you guys soon! Highly recommend not using this company!! This is a response to your lies.. first and foremost you sold us a faulty transmission I have proof of that. Secondly you DID NOT refund my $1500 core deposit. We told you the condition of the core. Also we did not break internal parts to that transmissio.. I hope and pray this new transmission last at least a year. Go head and return my $1500 deposit since your on here telling the world you gave it back. Be a man of your word and do that.

Got the stage 2 4l60e , works perfect. Been repairing diesel engines and for 25 years and never found a company that can build transmissions like these guys. Perfect product , on time and great customer service.

This place is a scam. They shipped out a defective product and charged me for shipping it back. I ordered a 62TE Transmission and had a transmission shop do the install. After installation, the shop advised me the transmission had shifting problems. I paid a diagnostic fee and was advised that the transmission was bad. I ended up paying for the transmission shop to rebuild my old transmission. Now Transmission Depot refunded me minus the shipping. The shop manager also said they would pay for the additional work I had done so I assumed i was going to on this refund but it was not. I wasn't going to leave a review at first but when I saw my refund I was furious. My goal was as follows...order a transmission, have a shop install it and I'm on my merry way with a couple extra bucks in my pocket. Instead I lost approximately 1500 bucks instead . My install was 1000, purchase was around 2200. I was looking at 3200 total cost What I received was a bad transmission, had to return the defective product, paid the shop 120 for a diagnostic plus another 3400 to rebuild and received a refund minus shipping costs. Lets not forget about a week of being out of a vehicle. So I guess that's how they must stay in business. They made 300 bucks per transmission. They will ship it to you defective and still make money on it. I highly would not recommend purchasing anything from them. I know I never will. It should be illegal for a company to cheat customers like this but due to the small amount this is a small claims court issue. Very disappointed in their business practice.
