Almost always have what I need in stock and they have great employees that are very helpful. I did have an encounter with an unprofessional and rude lady that worked there a few months ago but hey, maybe she was having a bad day? It happens.

They use to be a good store with amazing staff and I always had an enjoyable experience. Now they are just a sad excuse for a pet store with a lame selection and horrible rude and disrespectful staff. They get away with it because honestly where else are you going to go in The Valley PetCo? They are just as bad. So if you need anything for your pets just skip the drama and buy it on line.

Hard to rate something less than 5 stars when it fulfills all of its core functions properly. They have a great selection for many of your home pets when it comes to food. Very clean, and your smeller won't hate you for going in. They do get in a wide variety of pets it seems, so check in often. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff extremely friendly. I will continue to shop here for my pet needs.

Employees are always helpful. They generally have a good supply of pet items I am looking for. It is kept pretty clean. A small issue is so much stuff on the floor it is hard to maneuver around using mobility aids.

They do sell feeder rats I believe
They may be willing to ship hamsters but PetZoo doesn't sell dogs or cats. You would need to call them to arrange for the shipment of animals. I don't think they monitor the questions on here.

Have never seen those for sale there. But maybe order them?
Yes, no dogs cats ones a month or so they hold adoption clinics with adoption. Reptiles, small animals, fish
