Fraud protection is a nightmare. I'm not allowed to shop after the sun sets. I'm not allowed to shop with Paypal. I'm not allowed to buy things from other countries. The card just shuts off every time I visit New York. I buy 4 different things then wake up the next day and none of the transactions went through and Suncoast is calling to tell me all about it again. Then I have to try and remember everything I bought and go buy it again. It's crazy.

Nice people. Bad service. 1 manager, 1 teller, 1 lady working in the back. Wait to be seen by someone in the back was at least 2 hours. Suncoast won’t make appointments either. Attempted to do what I needed over the phone and that customer representative didn’t really know if I could do it on the phone or not. Just very unhelpful. Phone representatives should at least know what they can and can’t do.

Great experience at Ruskin branch every time I go. Everyone always greets you with a smile and tried their hardest to do everything for you. They are always so busy you can tell but they are committed to taking care of everyone. Wendy and her team are wonderful!
