¡Terrible service! The customer service people at the entrance are quite rude for a simple question they have a bad answer, it is my fourth visit and I can assure you the waiting times are absurd I always arrive 15 minutes before and I have to wait two hours for the attention. Please this comment to improve the person in charge of receiving you and taking your vitals, always has a rather rude attitude, they should work on how to treat a person with a lack of health, listen to your patients when they ask or request something. The doctors, on the other hand, fulfill their objective, they are polite but their consultation is 5 to 10 minutes after waiting two hours for it.

Horrible experience! Appointment was at 11:15am, arrived 15 minutes prior to appt time and after over 2 hours of waiting to see the provider I left...very unorganized, impersonal and would never recommend anyone to be seen at this location.

horrible experience I treated myself in the tampa family for more than 5 years and usually attended the location in sheldon but for no reason my excellent doctor. Sonia continued they transferred her to this location and it was horrible for more than 2 hours they had me waiting and after going 3 times to the front desk to the receptionist who was very kind, my doctor's assistant came out to tell me that my ultrasound was not the results and I had had it done at the Advent Health hospital since December 28, a total incompetence, they could not notify me before confirming my appointment? They did not have my results please but to check my insurance if they could call me I lost 2 hours of my work and the most beautiful thing was that leaving that horrible place I called the hospital if they had sent my results and they immediately faxed them to my office . thank god sonia i was still excellent practioner and she is leaving the tampa family and of course i will never return to that place again

Worse experience ever at this location. I came here for a walk in and the woman at the desk told me I had to schedule and appointment because the procedure I came for wasn’t that “important” I couldn’t believe she told me that. I didn’t understand why I had to schedule an appointment when they allow walk ins. I waited over 5 HOURS! I still wasn’t able to get my blood work done and I felt as if I was overlooked. They kept calling other people for bloodwork and I been waiting way before them. I felt as if I was treated differently and overlooked. I never experienced anything like this before. A waste of time and still didn’t get anything done. All staff are rude if you don’t speak Spanish you get treated differently.
