If I could rate them a zero, I would. This is the worst utilities company I’ve ever dealt with (and I’ve lived in New Jersey, so that’s saying something.) Activation fees are unreasonably high and a lot of their employees are rude. I could get past this if the service they provided was at least decent, but it really isn’t. Power is frequently disconnected, and I could read War and Peace in the amount of time it takes to get through to someone on the phone. If I had a choice I’d go elsewhere, but they’re the only game in town. I guess that’s how they figure they can get away with such subpar service.

Beware! do not put your your card on auto pay though the app. I set it up and they end up taking a week out early from the due date. You can not delete the auto pay from your account yourself it refuse to let you. I have called them multiple time to take it off and refuse to do so and keep charging my bank account into negative and taking all the money out of my account. They won’t refund the money worst customer service. On top of that I can’t tell you how many outage there is not even a year of having it and already had 5 outage.
