I used to go to Harbor Freight for disposable tools then I needed something for a project I figured I would only do once. Their quality has improved significantly over the years. Their Bauer tool line is comparable to DeWalt nowadays. I am impressed. I check out what they have when acquiring or replacing tools before heading to Lowe's or Home Depot.

To the wives reading this... You can literally drop your husband off in here and come pick him up an hour or so later and he'll be fine. They've got everything and then some. I dropped mine off, went across to another store and came back and he was happy and had struck up a conversation with a guy that works there about power tool batteries and sanders.. I almost felt bad picking him up he liked it there so much.

5 stars for Gabrielle I think her name is that. She is super cute.. very pretty girl , she helped me out on changing a 3 Ton jack that failed I like her great customer service!!

Disappointed in the customer service. Products may be priced well but today, while my husband stopped in for an American Flag really fast (he is a veteran who just wanted to replace his), he was told "we close in just a few minutes, is there anything I can help you find". (No problem) but then was repeatedly reiterated to that he was the last customer they would be willing to take. (Starting to get uncomfortable). Then a worker turns to two men looking at a ladder and says "were closing, if you cannot make up your mind, you'll will have to come back another day". The customer said "no thanks, well go somewhere else" and good for them. Never in my customer service experience would I tell customers they need to hurry up or leave because the store was closing. Maybe just my training but I was always taught if the store is open, anyone who comes in the door before closing is still welcome to shop and I would need to be willing to provide customer service support until they were done, even if it meant staying a little later. Disappointed they don't teach these associates that, and instead the customers are left to feel like a burden for what time they were able to make it to the store.
