First off if I could give them zero stars I would! I have been trying for them to pick up a wheelchair for awhile now. They NEVER come! I have called and made FIVE arrangements for pick up and no one shows up. I even get those robo calls that we are picking up and NOTHING happens! My mom recently passed and to even see the wheelchair is a constant reminder of her failed health and ultimate demise. It really seems like they just want to bill her estate. And that I won't have.

My husband sent his information into Apria in Melbourne over a month ago... This is all due to the recall for his current CPAP machine. He has YET to receive his machine and NOT ONCE have they contacted him regarding the glitches. He's had to contact them asking for the status and that's when they offer why there's a hold up. As of today, December 27th, his copay covers it, beginning January 1, we'll have to pay ANOTHER $1,000 for it! They. Don't. Care. (I wish I could give them ZERO stars)

Horrible. I don't know how any doctor can refer you here in good faith. You are better off buying your CPAP equipment from a different supplier entirely out of pocket. I got mine from cpapdirect.com. CPAP Direct had it to me in 5 days from the order. Apria didn't even call me to tell me anything until 11 days from when my doctor ordered it. Then they told me I was the one who had to call insurance and find out how much it would cost, because being open and transparent is apparently very difficult for Apria. Not only that, if you have one single night where you use it less than 6 hours you have to return it and forfeit all of the money you've paid. Apria wants $800 upfront + $150/month for 6 months. They try to say "oh it's your insurance" but Apria Direct's website says the same thing. CPAP Direct has a very nice machine made by Philips (DreamStation auto), with a mask fitting kit, for under $400. It was a no brainer. Doctor had no issue sending prescription over to them, and I got a machine that's probably better than what Apria would've given me (it's a "rental" for first 6 months, and you lose it if you have only one night with less than 6 hours use! When you first get a CPAP that's very difficult. I've taken it off in my sleep and woke up without it and not remember taking it off. That would've been money out the window!). Stay away. Get one from cpapdirect.com or whatever place you want to get it from, just not here. Apria is such a scam it's disgusting.

Wonderful experience from this first time CPAP user. My initial phone contact with Chris was very positive - a courteous, friendly professional. Joan, the respiratory therapist, was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining all of my options and answering all of my questions. I feel as though I could contact these people anytime with concerns and they would resolve issues without delay.

give them a call not sure if they handle this or not.
I'm not sure. I would think it would. I'm sorry. Try calling them tomorrow. Good luck
