We will absolutely never ever recommend this company or its products to ANYONE. They don't know the definition or even how to spell customer service. We ordered a sofa on 7/4 /21 and were told probably 12 weeks but up to 25 weeks. We were told yesterday after 26 weeks it will be 16 to 18 MORE weeks. They offered us absolutely nothing for their gross under estimate. They refuse to provide contact information for upper management. Horribly run company. Never again.

Make sure you don’t let the delivery people leave before arranging the furniture or you will be stuck. Recently bought two recliners and two end tables. Had both end tables and 1 recliner delivered yesterday. After arranging the furniture realized the end tables were too wide for the space. Read the return policy online and stated you have three days to return but will be responsible for a restocking fee however after talking with Patty at the New Haven Road store that is not the case. Was told we should of had the delivery guys wait there while I put the furniture where it was to go and see if it was right.

We absolutely love La-Z-Boy in our house! Most every couch in our home is from here, and we have had no issues whatsoever. Some of these couches we’ve had for 10-15 years and there a little to no signs of wear. The employees are also extremely helpful and polite and can help you with anything you need. We just recently got a new couch to replace an old La-Z-Boy one that we simply didn’t like the color of, and were wonderfully surprised when we saw that our 10+ year old couch still had value on the second hand market! Wonderful store, wonderful employees, wonderful products. Will definitely buy again in the future!
