I had to bring in my dog to get a grooming service. When I arrived they ended up saying he couldn’t get groomed other than early morning and afternoon just because he started to get excited and bark once he heard another dog barking in the back. They said that his barking is dog aggression which I didn’t understand how. I am a big fan of petsmart but the people at this location just misjudge and don’t understand dog behavior. I have a 3 year old pittie that is very friendly, loving, well behaved, kind, and never harmed anyone before. He is very playful and energetic with people. He just gets really nervous and excited when he sees another dog because he doesn’t have any other dogs around him to play. I very much prefer the pet smart in west Melbourne as over there they never had any issues when I brought my pit over there to get groomed. They knew how to take care of him even with other dogs around.

Animals welcome, my kind of store. You never know what kind of pets you'll meet there. Also have a great pet fish selection. Sales associate was great at helping us pick out food for our new puppy!
