I don't think The Hernando County Property Appraiser does that. You have to hire a private professional Appraiser.

When I filed homestead exemption in Hernando county, in December of 2017, it was requested that I brought:
• Florida Drivers License (must have correct permanent residence)
• Vehicle Registration (must have correct permanent residence)
• Voters ID card (must have correct permanent residence)

Yes, this office is at the main court house on N. Main Street, Brooksville.
