I took 2 packages to this ship center on August 9 at 6:30. There was a long line of customers, so I asked the woman behind the counter if I needed to wait in line to drop the packages off. She said “not unless you need a receipt”. I didn’t, so I left them on the counter. But they did not go out with the 7 pm shipment! A day lost! My customers disappointed!

Bought a box in store so that I could pack at home and return to the store same day to ship out. Associate refused to tape the bottom of the box because apparently adding a strip of tape at the bottom of a box will put FedEx out of business. 0 empathy, 0 customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

While every retail operation htere are always issues in busy times. I have found that with some patience at peak times, they always manage to get me taken care of. The manager is outstanding and from my observations tries to make himself available even when busy. I have had some difficult jobs here and they have gone out of their way to assist me. Have been in some long lines when busy but thats not their fault. Quality and turnaround times have always been great.
