This UPS store had lost multiple packages in under a few months. A few days ago I took in a package and 2 days later I go to track it and it states "waiting to be dropped at your local store".... I have the receipt so i know i dropped it at this store? No following information was displayed. Not sure what's happening? The exact same thing occured in March when i sent a package from this location. This will be the second claim I've had to file. Nothing like waiting in line to drop a package just to find out days later that the employees at this location failed at theirs job and misplaced my package. The tracking number shows it never left the store or it may have without a shipping label we will never know for sure. This location has boxes laying all over the place and its very messy and unorganized. There is a pile of mail always on the floor. The company I manage we use the UPS store on Hillsborough and Sheldon for all our business shipping and that place is immaculate and very organized. I've been shipping with them for over 9 years and never had to file a lost package claim. I unfortunately live within a few blocks from this location so for my personal mail and my side business this location is much more convenient for me. Looks like I'll be using the Hillsborough location for my personal shipping as well. Their employees seem to get the job done correctly. I also plan on reporting all these issues to UPS I spoke to the owner and he seems like a great guy and was sympathetic to my concerns and he let me vent my frustrations. I hope he remedies the issues I've mentioned above. I hate to rant but losing these packages has created so much work for me. I've had to cancel the order to my customer and explain the issue was with UPS. I than have to issue a refund in which I will now lose money. Next I will have to file a claim with UPS. The item shipped is a collectable item and irreplaceable. Wish i would of purchased additional insurance. **** Update ***** This store found my package a few weeks later under their selves in the storage area. I had already issued a refund for the lost item to my customer and unfortunately I lost out on a sale but my item was returned. When i went to pick up my package i had noticed they where remodeling and had organized the process for which the mail is stored until it is picked up by a ups truck. I filled a complaint with The Ups Store corporate office shortly after my package was lost and they assured me they had opened an investigation for this location. I am sure this is why my package was found weeks late.

Been coming to this location for years. Whether you need shipping, printing, copying, shredding, or more they have you covered. The owner Tim does a great job running the place. While there is a somewhat casual and laid back attitude the employees are nice, attentive, and helpful. I've had a mailing box here for almost two years and never had a misplaced package once it arrived here. Notifications are prompt to let me know something came in. Sometimes when they see me in line they'll even check if I have any packages. Place gets pretty busy sometimes and service might appear slow then, but I like how they take the time to do a good job rather than just rushing people along.

The customer service I received at this location was awful. They attempted to charge me for services that are not required stating they were “mandatory.” I ship these items frequently and am very familiar with UPS shipping policies. I only went to this location out of convenience to where I was located that day. I took my business elsewhere because they are trying to SCAM customers.

Came into store to drop off package…nobody at counter. Heard voices coming from the back, so I waited for a few minutes listening to the conversation being had. There were three people in the back. Eventually the lady came out, never saying a word to me, processed the package and seemed shocked when I said “thank you.” I’m not sure what sort of professionalism is going on at this store, but I will never come to this store ever again. This was ridiculous, and I’m worried my package will even be sent…
