I give this place 5 Stars. Yes, I agree about the Yard Clerks been angry, yet, been angry takes a lot from the heart, such as, makes it pump blood faster, work harder, as a result, its not good to work the heart more than it already does everything for the body, even when a person asleep. In regards to waiting minutes, I agree, to shift gears, this business is responsible for holding, storage, secure with safety, someones Containerized goods, therefore, cannot be fast or mistakes will happen. Compare and contrast to Truck drivers, we cannot drive fast bcs we can end up crushed. Give 5 Stars bcs the people that work have a hard job and to understand that they are appreciated for their time and vice versa, they thank us for the number one dangerous job in the world and greet us with a smile and not angry. These are my opinions. Thank you, Herman Grajeda

Last four times I have been to this railyard I've have been having trouble with a certain individual her name is "Owens Corning Sales" just by knowing that she will be attending me I start to get stomach aches. I honestly feel discriminated. if she does not like Puerto Ricans she should not be working there there's a lot of latin drivers. Or who knows it might be that time of the month. I would donate money to have her sent to customer service classes. She needs to know how to treat people equally and respectfully. Screamin and yelling is not necessary... she might think she is special because she works with the Union. But somebody like that is a piece of SH!T in my book. I hope her supervisor does attend to this
