I had my van towed to Goodyear to see what the problem could be.. Engine diagnosis was performed... Replace resistor spark plug, ignition coils,install ignition coils & spark plugs,30 amp fuse...Drove off lot engine light came on and rough driving.. Told to bring back to shop next day.. Told van need to go dealer..No dealer needed

UPDATE: The incredible manager Joe is no longer there. Don't know if the shop is the same without him. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Awesome. Professional, honest, well-priced, timely. Joe, the manager, is knowledgeable, polite, reasonable, cares - and a pleasure to do business with. A real rarity in the car business!

I got an online appointment @10 on Saturday with a valid receipt. When I got there the guy told me you don’t have an appointment here and he said drop off and by 1:30 your car will be ready. I came back at 1:30 and he said it is not ready come back 1 hour later. Such awful service in there and bad staff too. Never gonna choose this place for service.

I've always been very skeptical about going here to have my car serviced. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing. They serviced my vehicle and now its running smoother than ever. The staff at Goodyear did not try to sell me unnecessary parts or recommend unnecessary services. Instead they educated me and allowed me to make an informed decision. I will continue to bring my car here for maintenance in the future.
