BE AWARE OF PREPARED FOODS AT THIS LOCATION 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 I Am very Dissapointed with this locations prepared foods department!! I have visited every day during lunch time and the "hot" bar food is sooooo OBVIOUSLY Old and stale from the morning ?!?! This is unexscusible especially because you guys are supposed to TEMP CHECK. When hot bar items are low you replace! Whynleave old dried up chicken and salads that's old and crusty looking . It just looks so depressing and gross it ruins my whole experience at this location. Same with the pizza bar!! Dry and stale pizza on display everytime. It's mind-blowing. MT WASHINGTON has the best prepared foods selection I've ever seen so far. And I expected so much more from this downtown location. If this continues I will have to contact board of health , osha or corporation 💁🏾‍♀️if the food is not being temp check and it's obvious then this could be a risk of illness for anybody!!!

Central location. Easy to navigate the aisles and the employees are always so willing to help you find things. They keep the place clean and bright. My only issue is that a few times I’ve had expired items either delivered to me or found on the shelves. They are quick to remove the items when pointed out but definitely need an improved inventory processes in place to prevent this from happening. Love that parking is covered / free. Overall great location. Will continue shopping here.

After my shopping today (5/10/22), I picked a bottle of 365 2% milk to have it on my way home. But, when I had it in the parking lot, I found the milk tasted sour, and its 'sell by date' was 04/26/22. Since I still was in the parking lot, I went down to the customer service and expected them to express regret. However, when I explained what happened, the employee named Eric just asked me my receipt and said "you're good to go." Even when I said to him again that I sipped the milk and it was very sour, so it's not good, he told me once again "You're good to go." What a crazy customer service they (or Eric) have!! I just came out with disappointment because the store was about to close. Before I met him, I was surprised that they have a rotten milk in their fridge because dairy section is one of the places where they must pay most of their attention, but it was a small surprise. Now I do see there have been many other reviews about expired food products from this Whole foods branch. I really wonder who the person manages this store. Not good Eric.

Great selection of all sorts of food, especially international. Very friendly staff. The layout is a little dispersed with many small stands with items that seem out of place. This benefits regular customers and not people picking something up on the way home. Also, the bakery is stuck in the back corner which is disappointing considering the quality of goods sold there.
