Yes. Also has Indomie Mi Goreng, an Indonesian ramen that is without broth but hands down tastiest noodles.
They have a small machine connected to the register that accepts credit and debit cards, so it seems logical that an EBT card with SNAP benefits would work, too. Maybe call to confirm?
