I had heard great things about this place and I was truly excited to give it a try. I set up a reservation with several other people to celebrate my birthday. We was properly greeted and seated immediately but it taken over 10 minutes for our waiter to greets us. I wasn’t upset about that at all however once our waitress came she seem to be giving us all bad attitude. No smiles, no how you doing, or warm welcome; just plain ‘what do you want to drink.’ Mind you this was everyone (except one person) first time here. Her constant attitude as she tried to order our drink and food made my group and I felt very unwelcome. The last straw was when she snatch the menu away from while I was asking more questions. I also wanted to keep the menu in case I ordered something else. We walkout cause we refuse to spend our money at a place that don’t know customer service and made you feel like you wasn’t valued. I truly wish I could’ve tried the food and given this place a better review but honestly you lost a customer because of your employee’s lack of customer service.

This place is great! There wasn't any wait time and we were seated immediately. Servers are very friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Koba is All You Can Eat; you can choose between a Premium Set of meats and the Classic Set, so there's lots of options for everyone! The spicy chicken was my personal favorite. The food is so good, I highly recommend it!

Great food and great experience with all services. I ordered premium meal that all you can eat and please ask for medium rare would provide you best taste. Beef were juicy. Recommended！
