*******UPDATE***** We reached out to Wanda in an effort to correct what ever was neglected. As it turns out nothing was neglected her roof was sound and water tight. She was just upset that she did actually have to pay for the work we did. Wanda we have thousands of very satisfied customers. I would like to count you among them. Please contact our offices and I will look into your situation. You were aware that you were financing the cost to of the roof project right? Financing, by definition will always have the incursion debt. I don't know the particulars of your project but $10k is about the national average cost to replace a roof. Jean, Our warranty is industry standard one year on labor and the materials are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Not sure of the type of wall cracking you are experiencing 6 years after the fact. If by "cipping" you mean chipping there are a multitude of factors that can cause chipping. What is chipping? Paint? Substrate material? Finish material? Please call our office and Operations Director Jon Foden will attempt to remedy the situation. 888 990-8886.
Kim I have called and left a message with your voicemail again. I have no missed calls, texts, or emails from you. The installer has been trying to schedule a time to return to address your issues. However it would seem that you are unable to agree on schedule. Unfortunately for reasons related to our insurance coverage we can not accommodate your demands for for a technician to work outside of generally accepted or "normal" hours of operation (M -F 7am 4pm Sat 8am 3pm). I have no customer record matching your user name. If you would be willing to identify yourself I can then determine if you are an actual customer. We have had had competitors file bogus reviews and complaints. We will stand behind every job and every customer with a legitimate complaint.
