I just moved in in June and I’ve had a great experience so far. Michelle was great from the leasing office in getting me settled and whenever I stop by the leasing office with a question, everyone is very helpful. Alicia helped me out the other day by lending me a stamp for a time sensitive document I needed to get out in the mail. Cortez from the maintenance team was super friendly and compassionate after my son got a small cut on his foot and went to get bandaids and antiseptic for me. Ryan who maintains the pool was very friendly and good with my kids. The amenities, especially the pool and game room, have been awesome for my 5 and 10 year old so far. And I’ve found the residents I’ve met so far to be positive and friendly. So far, so good!

My experience at the Courts has been IMMACULATE. The staff is always professional, helpful, and happy! Love Alicia, Zach, Evelyn, and Michelle, they are AWESOME! The amenities are so clean, and available. The community is also friendly and the atmosphere is great! 10/10 have recommended to everyone since moving in!

Looked at an apartment here. Was given a tour and shown one sample apartment. I was not shown the outside amenities so I guess there isn’t any but was shown the ones inside. My opinion was that the apartment was extremely small, the sample was a one bedroom which was crowded with a double bed in it. No balcony, kind of dark. The hall smelled of dogs. A plus was it had inside parking but I felt the apartments were overpriced for what you get and looked elsewhere.

Convenient location and great amenities. Management is nice but don’t expect them to look out for you. Their goal is understandably to make money but they could be more receptive to residents’ questions or concerns. Maintenance is very polite and prompt.
