I work there. The safety team is amazing! The team is 4 people, manager, 3 field. The safety of 300+ employees and every student that rides a school bus in the MSBSD falls on them. 1) that's an incredible responsibility, its takes an incredible team of people- the 4 of them are incredible. They all listen and listen to help with a positive solution. Employees, students , parents our safety is there goal.

Irresponsible company. First day of school, our 7-year-old is an hour late. No contact from the company to provide a heads up. Sadly, this has become the norm, not the exception. Time to find a new company or go back to district run bus service. 3 months to prepare for the school year and every year it is a mess. To top it off they won’t answer their phones to advise parents of current status. Very poor customer service.

Call the dispatch office at 357-6327. Tell them the route number and stop location. They can investigate the times and routing and find out the issue. As members of the community, none of us want kids outside freezing that long either.
